We're a family Korean BBQ house on Drewry Avenue, just off Yonge. The grill comes on at your table. The galbi marinates overnight. The gamjatang simmers all afternoon. Banchan arrives in small bowls and gets refilled without you asking — that's how our mothers served it, so that's how we serve it.
